Toshiba Satellite A215S5829 Laptop Review

Toshiba is a very big name brand and they are known for their television products, but when they started to get into the laptop business, even I was skeptical as to whether or not this was a good buy. Boy was I wrong – this was the greatest laptop I’ve ever used! Not only does it features 160 GB of hard drive, but it has a bright and beautiful screen, multi-media center and is the whole package.

Not only is the Toshiba Satellite Notebook great on the inside, but when you take a look at the blue metallic exterior of it – you’ll fall in love, just like I did. Watching DVDs, playing music and really anything else you want to do it so easy on this machine, not only does it come with Windows Vista Home Edition standard, but with Windows Vista it includes the media softer which makes this laptop into an all in one entertainment system. In addition to easily playing DVD movies and managing digital audio library, you'll be able to record and watch your favorite TV shows (even HDTV) – how freaking cool is that!

If you are buying this notebook for a child, don’t fret for Windows Vista includes new parental control features, and offers new tools that can warn you of impending hardware failures. The fact that this laptop came with parental controls already installed was great for me; never again will I need to worry about what a child might be looking at.

While Apple is charging an astronomical amount for their new Apple Macbook Pro, the Toshiba Satellite Notebook is extremely affordable and you get much more than you pay for. More ram, hard drive, beautiful big screen, what more could you want in a laptop, especially one that is affordable?
